SP achieves this ‘everybody wins’ scenario by upgrading, maintaining and replacing infrastructure inside customer’s facilities. Through their innovative Sustainability-as-a-ServiceÒ, SP pays to keep that new infrastructure forever young. Thus, clients have more time and money to focus on achieving mission critical objectives while eliminating capital expenditures deferred maintenance and utility expenses. We do this by replacing old, wasteful equipment with the newest in efficient and reliable technologies impacting power and water in client’s facilities to insure optimal comfort and performance while saving resources.
The result is happier customers, employees and communities while improving our client’s income statement and balance sheet. Requiring no facility guarantees, minimums or multi-year contracts, infrastructure investments are simply paid for through savings and usage fees. Similar to external utility companies, SP brings capital and sustainability experience inside the building – an internal utility – to provide for customer needs when, where and however long they are needed.
